Who are we?

Established by chartered surveyors with over 80 years combined experience in the UK office market. The team here at MySqFeet have undertaken some of the largest tenant relocations in the West End of Central London and have worked tirelessly to assemble a team offering the highest quality professional services to tenants.

We firmly believe that agents cannot get the best deal for their clients without having an in depth market knowledge, something that takes many years to compile. Without this knowledge it is unlikely that decisions will be fully informed.

A good deal is not only based on strong negotiations but on the suitability of the property on both a physical and financial basis. Discounts received are only truly valuable when they are on buildings that work for our tenants. We provide cashflow analyses and physical spaceplans on all shortlisted properties to ensure that the property is appropriate - we will not let our clients move in to a property that will not work for them.
